Refund policy

All sales of ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges, clothing, optics, and tactical gear are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED.

If a purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt you may contact the manufacturer directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS, of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Lightning Defense Academy and must be returned in original packaging. Lightning Defense Academy reserves the right to administer a restocking fee of $25.00.
